At Tavyas, we are committed to ensure that all our products reach to you in a perfect condition. To achieve this, we have partnered with reputable logistic providers and use high-quality packaging materials from trusted vendors. Each package is thoroughly tested for durability before being used for shipping.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping for all orders above value ₹699. All orders below ₹699, a shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
Delivery Process:

- After passing the final quality check, your order is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partner.

- If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Packaging:
- Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, with extra protection for fragile items like glass bottles.
- Products are then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed to our logistic partners.
- Tavyas takes responsibility for any damages incurred during transit.
Shipping Locations:
- Tavyas ships to almost all pin-codes across India. The serviceable pin-codes may change based on our logistic partners’ capabilities.
Order Tracking:
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Delivery times are estimated based on your location at checkout.
- We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours and aim for delivery within 2-7 days.
- While we do our best to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Tavyas is not liable for delays by our logistic partners.
Delivery Attempts:
- Our logistic partner will contact you before delivering your order.
- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after three tries, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product and packaging size.
- Charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Tavyas does not add separate shipping fees beyond those shown at checkout.
Delivery Information:
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, our logistic partner will attempt to deliver two more times.
